Viewing a Picture in the Directory Search Screen

A picture that has been added in the Picture Upload tab can be displayed in the Directory Search screen.

1.  Access Smart Web.

2.  Click on the Directory Search tab.

3.  Perform a search for the person that has a picture to display. For information about searching for a record, please refer to Searching for Directory Information for a Person or Function.

 

 

4.  Click the picture icon.   The picture displays in a new browser window.
