Adding a Picture in the Picture Upload Tab
A person can add a picture of themselves to their record in the Picture Upload tab in the Personal Profile screen. This picture is displayed in the Directory Search tab in Smart Web.
The file must be one of the following types: JPG, GIF, or PNG. The size must be less than 2 MB. When you upload a picture, the picture file is saved to the server directory location configured on the system by your system administrator.
Information about who was logged in when a picture was changed and when the picture was change is captured in a change log.
Once a picture is uploaded, you can delete the picture or upload a different picture.
