Depending on how your organization’s system is configured, you may be able to display more directory information in an additional Directory tab and be able to update it in the Directory Update tab.
NOTE: These tabs are not available if your system is not configured to display them. Please refer to your system administrator for more information.
Directory Tab
The Directory tab displays the current directory information for the person logged into Smart Web. This screen is display-only and no changes can be made. Changes can only be made in the Directory Update tab. For more information about making changes in the Directory Update tab, please refer to Updating Directory Information in the Directory Update Tab.

Directory Update Tab
The Directory Update tab displays the current directory information for the person logged into Smart Web and allows the user to make changes. The Smart Center database is updated with the changes made in this screen.
