Changing or Deleting the Extension Registered to a Computer

The phone extension registered to a computer can be changed or deleted when needed. Changing or deleting an extension is done by accessing the Admin function in Call Assistant. When you access the Admin function, you are required to log in with the user name and password assigned in the Users form in Smart Center. The user name must also be assigned the appropriate role in the Users form.
