Accessing On-Call Information
On-call information can be accessed and viewed using a mobile device. Information can be searched for by a person’s name, an on-call group messaging ID, or a combination of both. The start date of the on-call period you are searching for must also be specified. The end date is specified by entering the number of days of information to display. Specifying a start date and a time period is required, and is used to limit the amount of data returned to the mobile device.
A partial entry can be used for a search. When a partial entry is made, the wildcard character (%) is assumed. All records that contain the partial last name entry are returned. For example, if the name entry is “Bri”, information for “Bright, Susan” is returned. The name format is <last name, first name>.
The screen can be cleared of search entries by clicking the Reset button to clear the screen.
