Searching for a Person’s Shifts

You can search for the shifts for a person by name or a combination of name and on-call group ID.

1.  Access Smart Web from your mobile device.

 

 

2.  Choose the On-Call option. The On-Call screen displays.

 

 

3.  Enter a name in the Person Name field. You can also enter a messaging ID for an on-call group in the Group ID field. Entering search strings in both fields will limit the data returned.

 

 

4.  The current date and time from your mobile device automatically displays in the Start Date field. You can manually change the entry to specify another start date.

5.  The time period that defines the end date displays in the Period field. The default is one day, which is defined as 24 hours from the start date and time selected. You can change the time period as needed. All of the on-call shifts that will occur during the time period specified will display.

6.  Click the Search button. The information that matches the search entries displays. Each on-call assignment for the time period is defined by the start date (S) and the end date (E).
