You can search for the shifts assignments for an on-call group by entering the on-call group’s messaging ID.
1. Access Smart Web from your mobile device.
2. Choose the On-Call option. The On-Call screen displays.
3. Enter an on-call group messaging ID in the Group ID fields.
4. The current date and time from your mobile device automatically displays in the Start Date field. You can manually change the entry to specify another start date.
5. The time period that defines the end date displays in the Period field. The default is one day, which is defined as 24 hours from the start date and time selected. You can change the time period as needed. All of the on-call shifts that will occur during the time period specified will display.
6. Click the OK button. The information that matches the search entries displays. Each on-call assignment for the time period is defined by the start date (S) and the end date (E).
