Viewing Active and Archived Messages and Archiving Messages (Inbox Tab)
The Inbox tab enables an individual (person or function) to view the messages that have been sent to them. The list of messages includes any pages or messages sent from any other Spok application. Messages that are no longer current can be archived. This helps to separate the current messages from the old messages.
Archived messages can also be viewed in the Inbox tab after they have been archived.
