By default, the system limits the number of records returned and displayed in each page to 10 records. If more than 10 records are available, the user can scroll to the next page using the scroll arrows or by selecting the desired page number. The system then retrieves the next set of 10 records.
NOTE: The default number of records that are displayed is configurable and can be changed. If you would like to change the default, please contact your Spok representative for assistance.
The scroll arrows used to scroll through the pages of data display at the bottom of the screen. Each arrow performs a different task.

Jump to the beginning of the returned set of records. |

Jump back 5 pages, or 50 records. If fewer than 50 records are available, the system jumps to the first record. |

Move back one page, or 10 records. |

Move ahead one page, or 10 records. |

Jump ahead 5 pages, or 50 records. If fewer than 50 records are available, the system jumps to the last page of records. |

Jump to the last page of the returned set of records. |

This shows the total number of records the search has returned (65), and the specific set of records that are currently displayed (1 – 10). |
