Modifying a Paging Device Registered with Spok Mobile

The Spok Mobile registration information can be modified if needed.

After a Spok Mobile client application has been modified, a confirmation email is sent to the specified email address to let the user know that the device has been changed. If the device is registered to more than one site, the name of the site is included.

1.  Click on the Personal Profile tab and log in if required to do.

2.  Click on the Device Mgmt tab to view the list of assigned pagers.

3.  Click the Mobile Registration link for a registered pager. A new browser window automatically opens and displays the Spok Mobile Registration web site. The web site is automatically populated with the device information.

4.  Change the email address as desired. Note that you cannot change the entry in the Phone Number field.

 

 

5.  Click the Modify Registration button. A confirmation dialog displays.

 

 

6.  Click the OK button to close the dialog. The status in the Registration Status field is updated to PENDING. When the system has completed the change, the status is updated to COMPLETED.
