Additional Spok Mobile Registration Fields
By default, the registration screen displays a field for the device’s phone number and a field for the email address to which the system communication can be sent. The registration can be configured to display additional fields, as described in the table below.

From the Carrier list box, select the carrier used by the paging device. |

From the Device list box, select the device type. |

Device Model |
From the Device Model list box, select the device model for the device, if applicable. |

Output Gateway |
From the Output Gateway list box, select the gateway that should be used to notify a device that a Spok Mobile message is available. The list of options is determined when the application is installed. |
