Deleting a Smart Web Instruction

An instruction that is no longer needed for an on-call group can be removed from the individual’s record. The instruction is not deleted from the Smart Center database.

1.  Access Smart Web.

2.  Choose the On-Call tab.

3.  Choose the Scheduler Assignment tab and log in if required.

4.  Search for the on-call group for which you want to delete the instruction. If the on-call group currently has an instruction assigned, a blue circle “i” icon displays next to the on-call group name in the Search Results section.

5.  Click on the on-call group name to select it.

 

 

6.  Click the Instructions button. The Oncall Group – Instruction Administration screen displays.

 

 

7.  Click the Delete button to delete the instruction. A confirmation dialog displays.

 

 

8.  Click the OK button to close the dialog. You are returned to the Oncall Group – Instruction Administration screen.

9.  Click the Close button. Reload the Scheduler Assignment tab to complete the deletion.
