The module access options determine:

• whether a phone number can be accessed using Smart Speech

• whether the phone number is repeated to a caller

• whether a caller can be automatically transferred to a phone number

Module Access Option(s) Selected	Action	Smart Speech Application that Uses this Option
Enabled	The Enabled option determines whether caller can access this phone number when using Smart Speech. When the Enabled option is selected, the phone number in this directory record is available to a caller when using Smart Speech. Enabled + Published	The Enabled and Published options selected together determine whether the phone number in this directory record is repeated to the caller after it has been recognized by the phone system. When the Enabled and Published options are both selected, the phone number in this directory record is repeated to the caller after it has been recognized by the phone system. When the Enabled and Published options are not selected, the phone number in this directory record is not repeated to the caller after it has been recognized by the phone system. Enabled + Transfer (Allowed)	The Enabled and Transfer options selected together determine whether a caller is automatically transferred to the phone number. When the Enabled and Transfer options are selected, the caller is automatically transferred to the phone number.
