The Quick View list is a set of on-call groups selected for the Quick View list for the user currently logged in. This feature is useful for an administrator or an operator who always works with the same limited set of on-call groups.
The Quick View list is created and maintained by the logged in user in the Personal Profile Quick View Settings tab. For information about this tab, please refer to Maintaining a Quick View List.
You can click the Quick List button in the toolbar to display only the on-call groups selected for the Quick View list for the user currently logged in to the Search Results section of the screen. The Quick List button toggles with the All Groups button. Click the All Groups button to display all of the on-call groups available to the user in the Search Results section of the screen.
The Quick List\All Groups toggle button is available in the Block Assignment, Scheduler Assignment, or Calendar Assignment tabs.
1. Access Smart Web.
2. Choose the On-Call tab.
3. Choose the Block Assignment, Scheduler Assignment, or Calendar Assignment tab, and log in if you have not already logged in. All of the available on-call groups are displayed in the Search Results section of the screen.
4. Click the Quick List button to limit the on-call groups displayed in the Search Results section to only those selected for the Quick View list for the user currently logged in.
5. Click the All Groups button to re-display all of the available on-call groups.
